    The delivery men slid the new mattress, in a heavy plastic bag, across the hardwood floor, leaving a very bad mark about three feet long. I had covered as much of the floor as I could with protective scatter mats, but did not have enough to cover all of the hallway. They should know enough to not slide anything on a hardwood floor. Now I have several hundred dollars in repair bills as it will have to be sanded and refinished. This should NOT have happened!

    This property has been in arrears for work completed for several months. This is unacceptable. The owner of this property needs to be made aware of this and rectify the situation immediately!

    Talked with the lady in the blind department who was very helpful with purchasing a blind online and having it come to the store for pick up. She was very helpful and gave me her card before I left. Will definitely be back!
