- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ By Pat2024-08-04The delivery men slid the new mattress, in a heavy plastic bag, across the hardwood floor, leaving a very bad mark about three feet long. I had covered as much of the floor as I could with protective scatter mats, but did not have enough to cover all of the hallway. They should know enough to not slide anything on a hardwood floor. Now I have several hundred dollars in repair bills as it will have to be sanded and refinished. This should NOT have happened!
