    Absolute worst place you can take your vehicle to. Cost me $3000+ dollars to have the oil pan changed on my 7.3. They cramped a line from my power steering pump to my master cylinder. Blew oil all over the place and lost brakes and steering. Think they need to be sued. Could have killed me.

    Horrible, paid over $3000.00 to replace the oil pan on my 7.3. Very common. After picking up the truck, luckily it made it to Rupert and it blew the hose from the power steering pump to the brake auxiliary. If you know 7.3's it causes complete s/down on brakes and steering, no vacuum? You could see where the Jack's were put in by the intakes and where they crimped the hose.If it failed on the highway, it could have cost me my life. Thinking about suing.

    I would highly recommend NOT ordering from Neon Buddha. I placed an order three weeks ago (for which I have paid) -- and other than the order confirmation, I have received no further details: no confirmation of shipment, no expected arrival date. I have made repeated inquiries via email (I'd like to note that you cannot reach anyone by phone) and have received no response.
