All shops in Newfoundland and Labrador

I was at the Needs store in Deer Lake this morning around 10:30 am. It took me a little while to find it , because i am new here. I went into the store to purchase a few things, but before i got the door open i had to use the washroom, i have chron’s and this comes on very fast. Well i ask the girl on the counter if i could use the washroom as i was in a lot if pain and she told me no . Not for customers try Shoppers or the gas station down the street. As i know i would never make it that far i picked up my few things as fast as i could and went to check out. By this time the pain was really bad and i was bent over, i told her i had chrons and i would have to use it behind the building. She never said a word to me. I picked up my things and went out to get in my rig to see if i could settle the pain. About 30 seconds latter she comes out to have her smoke. Took everything in me not to tell her off. I understood that if you have this problem and you tell them then there suppose to let you use the washroom. I will be contacting the chrons and Colitics society about this it was the worse experence i ever had. Come on Needs were people as well as customers.
